How do I redesign a room from a photo?
Create an account or sign in, open the generator and upload a room photo. Choose an empty or furnished room, a room type and a style. Add optional instructions of up to 800 characters. Generate a concept, compare it with your photo and download the result. For an open space, you can select up to three zones.
Which photos can I upload to the AI room generator?
Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP file up to 10 MB. Use a bright, sharp corner view showing the floor, walls and windows. Avoid panoramas, filters and objects blocking the foreground. If a file is rejected, export it again in a supported format and check its size.
Can I try Roomlyo for free?
A new account receives 1 starter credit for one room concept. Further generations require Starter or Pro credits, or an active Studio subscription. The help chatbot does not use your image credits.
What is the difference between Starter, Pro and Studio?
Starter includes 20 credits and Pro includes 100 credits; both are one-time purchases. Studio is an automatically renewing monthly subscription with unlimited generation during the paid period. Package credits do not expire. Check the pricing page and Stripe checkout for the current amount and currency.
How do I cancel my Studio subscription?
Sign in and open Pricing. Select “Manage or cancel subscription” to open Stripe billing settings. After cancellation, Studio remains active until the end of the paid period and will not renew automatically. If you cannot access billing settings, email legal@roomlyo.com.
Which rooms and interior styles can I choose?
The generator offers 22 room types and 30 styles, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, balconies and open spaces. Styles include Scandinavian, Japandi, modern, minimalist, industrial and bohemian. Compare different styles on the same photo to judge the effect more easily.
Will AI preserve my furniture and room layout?
Furnished-room mode proposes new furnishings. Empty-room mode helps visualize a possible layout for an unfurnished space. The generator is instructed to preserve the architecture, but you should compare the result with your photo. Check doors, windows, proportions and circulation; preservation of every detail is not guaranteed.
What should I do if generation fails?
Check your photo format and size, sign-in status and available credits or active Studio access. For a temporary service error, wait and try again. A credit is deducted after an image is obtained. The chatbot cannot see your balance, payments or account status. For unresolved issues, email legal@roomlyo.com; never send passwords or card details.
Does a visualization replace a technical design?
No. AI images help you explore and compare ideas; they do not verify dimensions, structure, installations or furniture availability. Measure the actual space before purchasing or renovating. The terms explain personal and commercial use. Label virtually staged property photos as visualizations.
How does the Roomlyo AI assistant work?
The assistant uses Roomlyo help, pricing, guides and terms. Common questions, including cancelling Studio and finding features, receive verified help-center answers. For more complex questions, your message and a short conversation history may be sent to OpenAI. Roomlyo keeps the conversation only in the open tab’s memory; it disappears on refresh. Answers may contain mistakes; check linked materials. Do not enter passwords, card details or other confidential information.
