1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Roomlyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Roomlyo provides AI-powered interior design generation. Users upload photos of rooms and select style preferences to receive redesigned interior concepts. The service is provided as-is for visualization and inspiration purposes.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Credits and Subscriptions
New users receive complimentary credits. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs (Starter, Pro) or via monthly subscription (Studio). Credits do not expire. Studio subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use per your plan. Roomlyo retains rights to its underlying technology, algorithms, and brand assets.
6. User Content
You grant Roomlyo a limited license to process your uploaded images solely for generating designs. You represent you have rights to all uploaded content. Do not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer the service; generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content; overload our systems; or share account access beyond reasonable personal use.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Designs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. They are for visualization only and not professional architectural or engineering advice. Verify dimensions and structural elements before making decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Roomlyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your license to generated content continues per your plan terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Roomlyo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
